Haiku
Grey skies draw the soul;
her eyes, cool somnolent pools;
bracing, breath-taking
=============
rays of struggling sun;
the frozen earth will not budge:
your coolth defies me.
=============
Leaf falls in still air;
Drifts gently onto the grass.
Quiet autumn comes.
=============
Dust drifts in bright beams,
Obscuring shine like light snow;
So youth fades, gently.
=============
The mongoose scuttles
Traversing dark roads by day --
We risk all, to sup.
